Celebrate National Honeybee Day at our community garden (1827 E Pratt) from 4:00-6:00pm. Around 5:00pm, a local beekeeper will give a short talk as to the importance of bees and what you can do to help them. Also, there will be light snacks and beverages (by cash donation). Kids are welcome with an adult; however, no pets or smoking are allowed in the garden.

We also will have several items for sale (cash only) - Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5; honey and jam ($8-$35); notecards ($10); beeswax candles ($6-$12); and fresh off the presses the new UFP Neighborhood Gardens Coloring Book ($20). (Pratt Liquors has an ATM machine.)
