As a volunteer run organization, we depend on our members. Members join the board, chair committees, or simply attend meetings and vote on issues affecting the neighborhood. (We are not a home owners association.) Join us today!

To pay via PayPal and avoid online fees, use our UFPIA PayPal Giving Fund by clicking here. (Note: It takes at least 30 days to post to our account so be sure to send a copy of your email receipt to our treasurer at treasurer@upperfellspoint.org.)
Note: Members who live outside of our boundaries are not eligible to vote.
Our boundaries include the eastern (odd) side of S Broadway, the western (even) side of S Washington St, the northern (even) side of Eastern Ave, and the southern (odd) side of Lombard St.
UFPIA membership dues are $10 per person for the calendar year beginning in January.
Memberships purchased on our website include a fee to help offset the cost of online processing.
To avoid online fees pay via PayPal at Donate with PayPal Giving Fund or mail to UFPIA, PO Box 38315, Baltimore, MD 21231 and include how monies are to be used (i.e. membership, donation, etc.) and include your name, address, email, and phone number.) (Note: If paying via the Giving Fund, please forward a copy of your email confirmation to treasurer@upperfellspoint.org as it takes several weeks to post to our account.)
All dues and donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
