For June, July, August, and September, the Umuganda monthly cleanups will be held on Tuesday evenings instead of Saturdays beginning at 6pm.  This is mainly to accommodate busy summer schedules, to take advantage of the cooler weather in the evenings, and to collect waste the night before city pickup.  And best of all, we can all meet afterwards for drinks and conversation at one of our fantastic local establishments.

Meet at the northwest corner of S. Ann and Gough Streets.  Bags, gloves, vests, as well as brooms, rakes, dustpans, and trash pickers will be provided.

The event is rain or shine unless there is thunder/lightning within 30 minutes of the start time or at any point during the event.

Join our neighbors after the monthly cleanup for drinks and conversation at Benders, 301 S. Ann St. from 7-8pm.
