Celebrate National Honeybee Day at our community garden (1827 E Pratt) from 4:00-6:00pm.

There will be mead, wine and other beverages, and light snacks (by cash or PayPal donation), and a raffle (tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5). Also, around 5pm the beekeeper from the Filbert St. Garden (which hosts the largest community bee yard in MD), will give a short talk as to the importance of bees and how honey is processed. And there will be honey and other items for sale too! Kids are welcome with an adult; however, no pets or smoking are allowed in the garden.
