Possible vote

The Land Use Committee will present two zoning appeals for a possible vote. The owner/investor of both properties want to revive the expired multi-family dwelling licenses.

  1. 1709 Bank - The owner is seeking approval to convert the property from a single family unit to a multi-family dwelling of 2-units

  2. 236 S Ann - An investor wants to return it to 3-units (it was initially 3-units but the City reverted it back to single family use since the license expired).

To be eligible to vote, you must have paid your membership dues for 2020, be age 18+, live in our boundaries, and have attended at least 2 of the last preceding 11 meetings.

The community meeting starts promptly at 7:00pm and runs from 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending on discussions. Join us!
