*Guest speaker: Shane Gerken, developer of 230 S Wolfe, will present the development plans for this property. (The renovated property stretches from S Wolfe to Durham with cars entering or exiting the garage from opposite ends of the building.)
**Discussions with possible votes - 1) In-person meeting location/day will be discussed and we may have a vote. 2) The Traffic & Parking Committee will present their proposal on the Wolfe/Washington Bikeway Study and there may be a vote. (Note: This is separate from the Art in the Right of Way (ROWArt) project.) (More details at news tab-T&P.)
***Committee projects - Committee chairs will present a brief outline about their committee and potential projects, followed by input from residents (who also will have the opportunity to sign-up to volunteer for a specific project or committee.) We look forward to hearing your ideas! (Note: If you are unable to attend and would like to give your input, send them to Bill at president@upperfellspoint.org.)
The Community meeting starts promptly at 7:00pm and runs from 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending on discussions. Join us!
