    This month’s community meeting will be held at 7pm virtually as well as in-person at Wolfe Street Academy (245 S Wolfe).

· Introductions and welcoming of new attendees

· Guest speakers: 1) Amy Zemanick, UFPIA Secretary; and 2) Wendy Bozel, UFPIA President*

· Officer/Committee Reports

· New and unfinished business and open forum

· 50/50 Cash Raffle**

 *Guest Speakers: 1) Amy Zemanick, UFPIA Secretary, will summarize the recent UFPIA safety survey results and there may be a vote. 2) Wendy Bozel, UFPIA President, will discuss the possibility of the UFPIA sending a letter to BGE opposing their gas regulators; and there may be a vote.

(Note: Discussion of the proposed MOU with Sweet Carolina Liquors has been postponed.)

**50/50 Cash Raffle: Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5 (cash only). The money collected is split between the winner and the UFPIA. The drawing is held at the end of the meeting; you must be present to win; proceeds to the general fund.

   The Community meeting starts promptly at 7:00pm and runs from 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending on discussions. Join us! (Note: To be eligible to vote, you must have paid your membership dues (based on the calendar year beginning in January 2023), be age 18+, live in our boundaries, and have attended at least 2 of the last preceding 11 meetings and/or attended Association sponsored events/activities. Members eligible to vote who are not present at a properly called Association meeting may vote if their absentee vote is received by an officer before the meeting, specifies the decision or election in writing, and is signed by the absent voter (email is fine).
