*Guest Speakers: 1) Mark Hoffmann, UFPIA Land-Use Committee Chair, will present the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sweet Carolina Liquors (309 S Broadway) and there may be a vote. 2) Ben Miller and Tom Koerber will lead the discussion on camera options under the $50K Safety Grant and there may be a vote. **50/50 Cash Raffle: Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5 (cash only). The money collected is split between the winner and the UFPIA. The drawing is held at the end of the meeting; you must be present to win; proceeds to the general fund.
The Community meeting starts promptly at 7:00pm and runs from 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending on discussions. Join us!

(Note: To be eligible to vote, you must have paid your membership dues (based on the calendar year beginning in January 2023), be age 18+, live in our boundaries, and have attended at least 2 of the last preceding 11 meetings and/or attended Association sponsored events/activities. Members eligible to vote who are not present at a properly called Association meeting may vote if their absentee vote is received by an officer, specifies the decision or election in writing, and is signed by the absent voter (email is fine).
