· Guest Speaker: Marvin Hayes, Baltimore Compost Collective Program*

· Discussion with possible votes**

· New and unfinished business and open forum

· 50/50 Cash Raffle***

*Mr. Hayes will discuss composting. (Note: The BCC collects food scraps from residents and composts the material at the Filbert St. Community Garden in Curtis Bay.)

**Discussion With Possible Vote: The Traffic & Parking (T&P) Committee received a grant to finance a portion of the three intersections that the UFPIA members previously identified for traffic calming with Art in the Right of Way (ROWArt). However, there is a major financial shortfall for completion of the entire project so the T&P Committee will be seeking input on how to scale back the project. Kurt Schiller, T&P Committee Chair, will lead this discussion and there may be a vote.

***50/50 cash raffle - Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5 (cash only). The amount of money collected is split between the winner and the UFPIA. The drawing is held at the end of the meeting; you must be present to win; proceeds to the general fund.

The Community meeting starts promptly at 7:00pm and runs from 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending on discussions. Join us! (Note: To be eligible to vote, you must have paid your 2022 membership dues, be age 18+, live in our boundaries, and have attended at least 2 of the last preceding 11 meetings and/or attended Association sponsored events/activities.
